Refund Policy
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Training reserves the right to cancel or alter any tour or course at any time. Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Training will determine if any refund is due if this action occurs.
In the event of you cancelling a booking the following refund policy applies;
Deposit Not refundable
If your booking can be reallocated to another participant then the deposit can be transferred to another tour of your choice which must be taken within 18 months of the original booked tour.
Longer tour Cancellation
# More than 30 days full refund.
# More than 14 days 50% refund
# Less than 14 days No refund
Shorter Activity Cancellation
# More than 7 days full refund less admin costs ($25).
# less than 7 days No refund
# Cancellation by BHT due to weather or other circumstance
beyond our control will result in a transfer of monies to another date or activity.
You should consider taking out Travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances including illness, vehicle problems or family matters.
Please note that a minimum of 2 bookings must be received in order for a tour to proceed, confirmation that the tour will proceed will be provided 5 weeks before commencement for tours in excess of 7 days and 5 days for less than 7 days.
